*Urgent* Workflow Approval from API

Hey All,

I am trying to approve a notification from the API and trying to process the request , when I do this notification is getting  closed and approved status is set at notification but the status in the base table is set to IN PROCESS only as it was before. This workflow is going to deferred queue. Can any one help me in resolving this issue please, I am working on Requisition web based approval.
