workflow analyzer tool ran with error

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

I have just installed the workflow analyzer tool to one of the test instance. However, the program is running into error.

Workflow Analyzer is running... Enter value for 2: EXEC FND_CONC_STAT.COLLECT; DECLARE * ERROR at line 1: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error ORA-06512: at line 3

Please advise how I should investigate the issue? This is the script provided by the metalink website.
