Does anyone know conceptually what was done with bug 21776900 - SUP:DELIVER A NEW JOURNAL EDIT PROCE

I don't see any documentation available to read what was changed with this bug that was delivered in PUM15.  We are trying to download a different bug and this one is included.  It has over a thousand objects that are being updated.

We are right in the middle of upgrading to 9.2 and have already done a few successful test moves.  We were a little nervous about downloading too many additional changes unless they are absolutely necessary.

Anybody have any ideas where to find any type of verbiage related to this bug.  I can see all of the App Engine objects included, but I am not sure what was fixed.
