Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Need to perform PeopleSoft Peoletools and Application Upgrade from 8.49 tools with HCM 8.9 to 8.55 tools and HCM 9.2

Is this can be done in one-step upgrade or two step? Please provide if anyone has any refrence or document on it.
