How to track discussions with customers transaction-wise using Advanced Collections

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to record discussions with customers for each transactions.

We tried leveraging the Notes section available under the Collections window, but this notes always comes at customer account level and not as transaction level.

Is there a way to record the discussions with the customers per transaction-wise using Advanced collections?
