Disable all Crystal processes from being run

We have our PeopleSoft instances, which all run Oracle Linux as the sole OS, configured with an abandoned Windows server in our Process Scheduler, hence, all of the Crystal Reports - type processes are still being queued in the Process Scheduler, albeit they are in Queued status forever.

Can we disable all Crystal processes from being run at all without re-configuring the Process Schedulers in the back-end or is there any way to disable all Crystal reports without resorting to customizations?
