configure scrom folder for multiple environments

Hi,

i have lmdev, lmsys and lmat instances. we would like to configure the all the systems Point to the same scrom files on the webserver. how can we achieve this. means if i upload file from any Environment it should go and sit in lmat domain. if i launch course from any Environment it should launch from lmat. thanks in advance.
