Peoplesoft QA instance pointing to Production after Refresh

We refreshed our QA Environment over the weekend. Post refresh activities are also done. When trying to access the QA url, it's getting redirected to Production url. Can someone assist on this issue please? Strange thing is, when I login to QA environment, it authenticates with QA credentials and get redirects to Prod url and successfully logs in.
