What to do about ADS Data Migration Workbench Integrity Errors

We are attempting to get current on HCM PUM maintenance using image 18.   We have not applied maintenance since we went live on HCM 9.2 PUM 12 except for tax updates.  We created a change package for a demo database that has no customizations. The ADS compare reports shown in the Data Migration Workbench target demo database show integrity error messages such as “While performing a prompt validation, the provided value does not seem to be available on the prompt table.  Please address this issue and perform the validations again.”  Why would be seeing these errors in a demo database
