Static toggle in List Applet IP 2015 PS9

Dear team,

We have enabled Open UI and using IP 2015 patch set 9. We are trying to configure a static toggle on a list applet in a view. What we notice is, the first time we try to toggle it works fine, however next time when we try to toggle to go back to earlier applet it does not work.

Please inform if toggles work in Open UI or not and whether there's any explicit configuration needed for the same. As of now we have only configured the Toggle applet property.
