Connecting Application Designer to DPK Image

I just loaded up FSCM DPK Image 19 (9.2) on to Virtual Box which is hosted on a Windows 7 64 bit machine.  This is my first image to take a look at and learn to use for upgrades.  I ran the powershell setup script from 'DPK_INSTALL' folder and installed fine and can access through PIA fine.  I also configured with a bridged network adapter to make it accessible on our network.  I'd like to use App Designer to take a look at the objects.  I see a PTC-DPK-WIN8.54.24-1of1zip folder (Part of DPK_INSTALL root folder) which contains the SetupPTClient.  I
