Batch server starting slow on Windows

Hi All,

I have configured windows Batch Server PeopleTools 8.55.05 on Windows 2012 R2. All configuration and other associated dependencies went well but when we are starting batch server it is taking ages to come up completely. Each server process is taking almost 1 minute to boot up and total boot up time is going beyond 10 minutes.

On analyzing the issue we have noticed that each server process while booting execute the LDAP query and prior to each LDAP query there is a series of DNS, NB and LLMNR queries to resolve the database name. We did a packet capture and noticed a lot of NB (NetBios name resolution) and LLMNR (Link-Local Multicast Name Resolution) packets, which appeared to be slowing things down

Howdy, Stranger!
