Upgrade to FSCM 9.2

Hi we are upgrading from fscm 9.1MP11,PeopleTools 8.53.4 to FSCM 9.2.UI18,PeopleTools 8.54.15 is there any direct path for upgrade to Update image 18 and what was the best approach for that please suggest me .
