VendorCre message stuck in Supplier_Mfqueue of RMS

Hi Support Team,

We are on RMS 13.2.X and VendorCre message stuck in Supplier_Mfqueue table of RMS .(Vendor Publisher adapter is up)

Also verified Xml message of successfully flown with Stuck one but there is no difference in it. What are the other chances for message not flowing out of table.

We verified Addr, Sups, Org_unit id, Supplier status also. Please help me out.
