oim disconnected application auditing

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

i have business case scenario and  i want to implement using oim 11.1.2.3 my business  case is i have 2 disconnected application instances a and b and i want to check if user have account in disconnected application a and tried to request account in disconnected application b then oim will generate auditing reports to user manager  with this action .

i find i can achieve my goal by SOD " segregation of duties " but i am not able to get what i want.

Anyone knows how i can achieve my goal using sod or by other way ?
