Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is payment reversal only allowed through payment tool?

Hi,

Can payment reversal be done by using with custom applications.

We have a requirement that customer want to reallocate payment amount to other bills when he identifies that initially he has done wrong payment?
