Not able to access PUM application over LAN

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

I am facing issue while accessing PUM 17 image over LAN. Whenever I try to access PUM PIA from my machine, server which hosts PUM shuts down or reboots.

Anyone has faced such issue.  I am using Bridged Adapter setting and manual DHCP configuration.
