Advance order creation

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Plan created during Pre-season in MFP for coming year. OTB will only flow to RMS when In-season will start. If RMS user doesn't have visibility to OTB before the planned year, how he can raise orders in advance?
