CLM: Need a new error to Authenticate the FPDS CAR when a CO makes a change to an award

Need a new error to Authenticate the FPDS CAR when a CO makes a change to an award.  Prior to submitting an award, the buyer authenticates the CAR, however when a CO edits the award, CLM sets the CAR back to draft status.  If the CO does not re-authenticate the CAR, the award will stay in Pre-approval status and send a notification to the buyer to re-authenticate.  However, if the buyer does not validate the CAR from the notification, the award will fail to merge.  Please request that development add a validation error in workflow where the CO edits the
