If I change the OUD admin password (e.g., cn=Directory Manager), do I need to rerun dipconfig?

I need to change the OUD Admin password to meet new requirements. If I change the password for cn=Directory Manager, do I need to rerun dipconfig to maintain the ODIP sync from AD to OUD?

DIP Version:   11.1.1.2.0

OUD Version: 11.1.2.3.0
