Tools upgrade from 8.52 to 8.55 with DB version on 12c (12.1.0.2)

Hi Team,

We have recently upgraded our DB from 11g (11.2.0.4) to 12c (12.1.0.2) for all the machine. We are currently running on PT8.52. Now that it has come to know that PT 8.52 is not certified with the DB 12c(12.1.0.2). Our next step was to upgrade PT 8.52 to PT 8.55. How can we achieve this. What are the pros and cons if we start the PT upgrade with current DB version (12.1.0.2). will it be the same upgrade steps or we need to do something else.

Please throw some light on this.
