I’m unable to deploy the PeopleTools Client for PUM19.

I downloaded and installed the latest Oracle VM VirtualBox (Version 5.1.0 r108711)  and  loaded FSCM DPK Image 19 (9.2) on a Windows 7 64-bit stand-alone machine without SES and using host-only adapter.    I used dynamic IP configuration and manually configured the host. Installation per  PeopleSoft_Deployment_Packages_For_Update_Images_Installation_June2016.pdf  Task 2-2 went fine.   I completed Task 2-4-1 and was able to map to the Samba Drive tools_client folder as drive T.   I then attempted to deploy the PeopleTools Client as per Task 2-5.    It did not work.

I followed the instructions in Task 2-5 through step 8.    I selected client 8.55.01   in step 7  and Oracle as the database in step 8.    At that point  a 2-3 line message flashed by and then the setup window closed.
