Trying to Deploy PUM image 18 for HCM to get the latest tax update.

The issue I am running into is the deploy keeps failing ...

I ran a "Cleanup" and retried a few times but it continually fails

I had no problems before and the log shows only that the Database deploy failed:

[1;31mError: /Stage[main]/Pt_profile::Pt_oracleserver/Pt_deploy_oracleserver[oracleserver]/ensure: change from absent to present failed: Cloning of oracle home C:\psft\db\oracle-server\12.1.0.2 failed, error:  [0m

I read from the documents and it does a good job of explaining how to restart but not how to troubleshoot

Any help would be appreciated.
