How to move exisitng users from old DN to new DN in OUD

Hi Experts, we have two queries as specified below. Please suggest any simple solution. In our existing OIM environment, Full Time users are reconciled from Trusted System into ALL_USERS role. All these users are in Sync with OUD and visible under the DN : uid=user21,cn=Users,cn=oracleAccounts,dc=xxxx,dc=com. Now we are planing to create new DN in OUD as  uid=user21,cn=Fulltime,cn=Users,cn=oracleAccounts,dc=xxxx,dc=com and sync all the new Full Time Users from OIM to OUD into the new DN. 1. How to move existing Full Time users from old DN to new DN ? We are planing add Rules in LDAPContainerRules.xml so that all new users
