Journal Approval URL Issue

Hi,

When user clicks on the journal link from worklist page (User is accessing it from DESKTOP) the url is pointing to fluid approvals instead of classic journal approval page. We are on PT 8.54.10 and Application version 9.2 Image 10.

Mobile Approvals is not configured in production environment and only some user's face this issue, please let us know if anyone experienced similar kind of issue.
