What could limit the number of rows loaded into a grid?

Hi,

I have a grid on a page that pulls from a table that contains 1059 rows, but the grid is only loading 650 of them.  Any rows outside of those 650 aren't turning up when using Find, which tells me they are not loading.

I've attached screenshots of the page, the query row count and the grid properties.

Any ideas?
