APPDOM fails to start after server reboot. HCM 920 UPG 002 WIN

After 3 tries installing/uninstalling the HCM 920 UPG 002 WIN upgrade image on a windows 2012 R2 VM server 3 times,

I actually got it up and running successfully.

Then of course I take notes, take a few screenshots and reboot the server.

(because I had to!)

Server comes back up, i start the oracle services, I start tuxedo, and then I go to psadmin to start the APPDOM.

OH BTWay, I Did NOT change ANYTHING ! no messing around, no touching settings etc etc.

I mean after 3 tries, I got it up and running. i wasn't going to touch anything to mess it up ! !
