Evaluate policy is running for provision resource at that time we are getting ""MultipleEventHandler

Hi,

1. Issue with Evaluate User Policy -> After creating user in OIM 11 g R1, role is assigning successfully. When the Evaluate policy is running for provision resource at that time we are getting below error:::

<XELLERATE.SCHEDULER.TASK> <BEA-000000> <Class/Method: PolicyEvalWorker/run encounter some problems: oracle.iam.platform.kernel.MultipleEventHandlersException: Multiple event handlers found for action stage.>

Then AD Provision is not happening automatically by the evaluate user policy.

Please help.
