Trusted Vs Target Resources

Hi Friends,

Please clear my doubt. At OIM 11g R2 PS3 - I have installed AD/DB connector bundle. But I want to keep Database as Trusted source and AD as Target Source. Actually Where I have to do this configuratiion. How OIM know the particular Resource Object belong to trusted or Target Resource.

Please reply and help to configure as trusted / Target sources in OIM.
