PUM 19 Oracle Virtual Box - PIA Domain failed to start. Is there a way to recover

I have extracted patches from this Image and updated with our language configuration. Don't want to loose configuration. When attempting to start the VBOX_8_55_05_Shell in Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager the PIA failed to start.
