Dunning Levels are not getting printed properly in R12

Hi All,

Need your help in resolving the issues which we have in Dunning letters,

We have 3 level of dunning defined in the system with a difference of 10 days each as shown in below screen,

But the issue are ,

a) When a customer had already got Dunning level 1 then level 2 and finally 3 for an invoice. When we run the dunning program again it picks up the same customer with level 1 dunnint letter where as it should not.

b) As we have only 3 levels of dunning we see the dunning levels till 9 as per below screenshot it says 8, it should be 3 only
