Interview approval

I have following scenarios and looking for your help.

1- My client want to have 3 steps approval (Interviewer, 1st line manager, 2nd line manager) for an Interview. In iRec, recruiter will create interview by selecting one more more than one interviewers. Once Interviewer will update the interview results in iRec, this form should go for approval. How can we achieve this?

2- Once offer letter is accepted, my client want to send some templates to let the candidate to fill the template and send back to HR recruitment team. How can achieve this using iRecruitment?
