I have the following SR open with PeopleSoft:

SR 3-13195955211 : SES Crawler Status Failed when attempting to deploy PTPORTALREGISTRY

SES: EQA-16001: The dependent object "PTPORTALREGISTRY_FSPRD" referenced in object with key "[name=PTPORTALREGISTRY_FSDEV92]" and type "sourceGroup" was not found.

We are in the process of upgrading to Tools 8.54.25.  Our upgraded database (FSDEV92) is a Copy of Production (FSPRD).

How do I get the dependent object names in sync again?

I've updated the SR with the requested logs but have not heard back from them in 17-18 hours even though it's a severity 2!

I've tried following suggestions from the following web site but it won't let me update or undeploy.
