migrating all parts of activity guides

I have created a couple of activity guides in Campus Solutions 9.0 Peopletools 8.54.22.  I am trying to migrate them to a different environment.  According to peoplebooks I am to use the Data Migration Workbench.  I have tried this technique multiple times now but that tool is only migrating the template and instances.  It is NOT copying the agreement pages and task configurations.  Peoplebooks says the Data Migration Workbench migrates the templates, instances, action items.  So how are the remaining pieces of the activity guide (agreement pages and task configurations) supposed to get migrated?   They are not object types that
