Import roles attached to the resource in the core HR while importing the resource into OIC

in Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC) Question

We need an automatic API/Program where we can import the resources from Core HR into Resource Manager automatically.

Although there would be some checks like , we want to import only those employees whose import to OIC flagged is checked. This program would be scheduled periodically.
