nVision assistance needed! nVision broken in Tools 8.53.25!

We upgraded from FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.53.14 to Tools 8.54.25 this weekend.

Everything looked great until we tried to run our nVision reports.  All failed!

After opening SR 3-13210301461, we were told by PeopleSoft/Oracle that a fix (broken in patch 22) will not be patched until patch 28 (not due out for 3-4 months).

The engineer told us Bug 23221780 - NV - SCOPE - CLIENT - 8.55.04 - SQL ERROR fixes this issue.

It is available as a POC or one off...

Does anyone have access to this bug so that we could apply it in our test environment so we don't have to roll everything back?
