Create User Task

Hi ,

I am creating access policy through which users are created in OIM(direct provisioning). We have lot of task mentioned in process definition-custom and OOTB tasks. How OIM knows only the create user task should be called first to create users in OIM? where that configuration has to be done?

Please help if anybody aware of this.
