Unable to start SES after rebooting windows machine

while starring my SES application after system reboot using searchctl start , i am unable to start the application.

Error -

The Oracle WebLogic NodeManager (D_sesmw_wlserver) service is starting.

The Oracle WebLogic NodeManager (D_sesmw_wlserver) service was started successfu

lly.

The requested service has already been started.
