Approval Links in Email Notification

Currently our Email Notifications (PO Approvals, Requisitions) display a 'Click Here to Respond' link at the bottom of the notification.  We are wondering if it's possible to get the Approval Links back in the email for these notifications (Approve, Reject, etc) so users can click them and respond via email without having to be logged into the system. I've been finding some discussions/notes as far as how to REMOVE them, but wondering about how to ADD them back in with our current Mailer setup?

Inbound Processing is enabled.

The current template we use for all Open Notifications is 'Workflow Open Mail (Outlook Express)
