Monitoring remote OID instance

Hi, I have hard times with monitoring remote OID instances. I have two servers with compete stack: DB->WLS->IDM->OID. These are not in a cluster, rather two independent domains, having only OID being replicated to contain same data for TNS naming purpose. Now, I registered OID1 component on WLS2 and OID2 component on WLS1, to have both available and monitored on both sides. So far so good. But for some reason, agent, which properly monitors local component, can't reach remote one, in both cases. I DO have monitoring credentials set both on farm level and for components itself, still no luck.
