HCM 9.2 MTP Pass PTALTANLYZR

Hi All,

HCM 9.2 Upgrade MTP Pass on Oracle 11g Database...

This is our 3rd test MTP pass. In prior test MTP runs this step ran for 1 minute or less.  In the current pass it is running a very long time.  Monitoring on Oracle Enterprise Manager, the SQL statement it is running seems to be mostly CPU intensive and has run for more than an hour.  

Is this normal? Where should I look to see why it is hanging? There are no blocked sessions in monitoring the database activity so I'm not sure what the hold up is.

I checked the process scheduler logs and I see no errors; interestingly, I don't even see the process getting logged at all in the logs.
