WF: Workflow FYI notifications should auto close on reading

Hello,

We have a requirement where there are few FYI workflow notifications which are sent to a particular role. It keeps in their notification work-list for few seconds and then goes to close status immediately, hence not viewable directly in open work-list notifications.

Our requirement is that FYI workflow notifications should remain open until read. Once a user(one of the users out of the many assigned to particular role) read it, it should auto close.

Any pointers how to resolve this?
