SR 3-13217395231 : Payables: Unable to upload attachment to Voucher

I have the following SR open with MOS.  We upgraded from tools 8.53.14 to 8.54.25 this past weekend.  Now we are unable to upload attachments or open existing attachments.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We are currently on FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.54.25. We just recently upgraded from Tools 8.53.14.

We are attempting to access attachments from a Voucher but are unable to open it. We are also receiving an error that we are not able to upload an attachment to a Voucher.
