How to enable India localization in R12.2.4

We are facing multiple India localization issues in EBS R 12.2.4 as below :

1. Receipt created through receipt localized form is saved and item delivered to inventory. But the receipt localized form doesnt populate receipt header and line details. PO was created with tax details.

2. Sales order created through sales order localized form is booked. But when we go back to sales order localized form - we only see header details and no order line details.

Singapore country localization is enabled and asia pacific localization is licensed. IL setups like - Additional Org Information - with site, Subinventory Locations, Regime Registration, Item Classification, Taxes, Tax Categories are complete.
