PT 8.54 Change Assistant supportability

Hi , 

I have certain questions on the below mentioned PeopleSoft application only upgrades.

a) HCM 8.9 to HCM 9.1 on PT 8.54 

b) HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2 on PT 8.54 

i)  Are the above App-Only Upgrades supported and certified

ii) Will the PT 8.54 Change Assistant be able to load the above app-only upgrade templates.

iii) Are the above upgrade paths feasible to perform

Please help me to understand.
