Added a field (postal) to query with two-tier query but the field does not show in PIA query

I added a field (postal) to a query from a table that was already being used, and saved the query.  I then went into PIA and opened the same query but the newly added field does not appear in the query. . Any ideas?

The same query shown in PIA does not show the A.POSTAL field
