Effective Entry Date for Wells Fargo ACH transactions

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Any idea how the 'Effecitve entry date' is calculated for the Header record for an ACH file for Wells Fargo?  I believe we are using FIN2025 to create the file.
