SDM / NNC, ILLEGAL_STATE Apache Tomcat server is not running.

Hi guys, I'm trying to start the ./startnnc.sh but I got the following error.

[nncentral@nncsvr1 bin]$ ./startnnc.sh

Starting Back-End server now                                             20 of 20 services have starStarting Apache servers...       .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

Exception in checkApacheServers(). Reason: Exception in CheckApacheServers.checkServersRunning(). Reason: ILLEGAL_STATE:  Apache Tomcat server is not running.

Triggering server shutdown...

Virtual machine with Oracle linux 6.7

[nncentral@nncsvr1 bin]$ cat /etc/issue

Oracle Linux Server release 6.7

Kernel \r on an \m

I attached the httpd log and tomcat log

Any idea?
