PSARCHIVE process - "Cannot insert data into GP_RSL_ACUM_HST for row # 65173. (142,107) ".

In Global Payroll when I run PSARCHIVE process for PS_GP_RSLT_ACUM table, I get error message "Cannot insert data into GP_RSL_ACUM_HST for row # 65173. (142,107) ". Have anyone seen it? Can't find any relevant details in prcs sched logs or process logs. Tried enabling trace it its taking forever
