Initiate Workflow During on boarding process

Hello Guys,

I want to know how to initiate a workflow approval during the on boarding process.

After the user creation in OIM, he will be assigned to certain role based on membership rule, this role has an access policy that provision a disconnected application.

Our requirements is to initiate a workflow before the the provisioning operation starts.

Any helpful answer will be appreciated.
